Elliott Richardson » Strength and Conditioning Coach/Owner Acadia Performance Training Inc.

Elliott is a graduate of Acadia University and excelled on and off the field as a Free Safety for the Varsity Football team. Off the field he was an 2 time Academic All-Canadian as a graduate of Kinesiology. On the field he was a 2 time 2nd Team CIS All-Canadian, 3 time AUS All Star, AUS Rookie of the Year and Acadia Defensive Player of the Year and Team MVP and was a Team Captain for over 2 years. He credits Strength and Conditioning as the driving factor of his success on and off the field. This combined with his ability to outwork his opponents and peers allowed him the opportunity to make the team as an un-drafted free agent in the Canadian Football League with the Edmonton Eskimos and eventually starting 24 games over 2 years. He now fully dedicates his time and energy to improve his athletes athletic abilities and teach them the value of hard work and dedication.

Josh Crouse » Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach - Acadia Performance Training

Josh is certified as an Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CEP) as well as a Certfied Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He graduated from the Kinesiology program at Acadia University where he spent 2+ years in the Strength and Conditioning Internship. Additionally, he was a Varsity athlete on the Men's Volleyball at UNB. 

Josh works with all athletes for Acadia Performance Training along with leading sessions for Rugby Nova Scotia, Football Nova Scotia, and the AXE Volleyball Club teams. Josh is primarily responsible for Acadia's court sports (basketball & volleyball) as well as the Swim team.
