Train to Train

  • 1-2 times per week that includes a 60 minute workout for athletes who are in-season or just beginning to train and includes:
  • Establishing sound movement patterns
  • Explosive Power 
  • Strength 
  • Functional Core Training 
  • Recovery and Nutrition
  • Our 'Learn to Train' program is similar but geared towards early Middle School athletes

 

Train to Compete

  • 2 - 4 times per week that includes 90 minute workouts for athletes who are looking to enhance their performance. Workouts include a full battery of training: 
  • Flexibility/Mobility
  • Speed Training
  • Explosive Power 
  • Strength 
  • Functional Core Training
  • Conditioning 
  • Recovery and Nutrition
 

Train to Win

  • 5 time per week workouts that include 2 hour workouts for our most serious athletes who are looking to compete and win at the highest level. It includes:
  • Flexibility/Mobility
  • Speed Training
  • Explosive Power 
  • Strength 
  • Functional Core Training
  • Conditioning 
  • Recovery and Nutrition
  • Additional sessions designed to facilitate recovery to handle the volume of work of each session
